About the YLAI-US and Paraguay Inverse Exchange Program of Professional Fellows
In 2016 El Cántaro BioEscuela Popular, in the person of Gustavo Díaz, general coordinator, was selected to participate in the YLAI exchange program, along with four other young Paraguayans. This program, which lasted more than a month in 21 cities in the United States, offered opportunities to 250 entrepreneurial leaders with a social vision throughout Latin America and the Caribbean. During his stay in the US, Gustavo Díaz (PY) was selected to participate in the professional exchange in the city of Kansas City, in the organization MINDDRIVE.
Among the 250 participants in the YLAI program, 40 of the host mentors (USA) who received the young trainees were selected to participate in the YLAI Reverse Exchange Program. This program consists of implementing a collaborative project with the YLAI fellowship community and thus broadening its impact. It is so for two weeks, Matt Ziegenhorn will be working together with the team of El Cántaro (PY), a mentoring program that will launch on March 25 at 9 am in the BioEscuela Popular de Aregua.

About the Benefits of Mentoring
Mentoring occurs when people in the community provide their knowledge, skills and experiences to train other people. What a mentor gives is his talent, advice, guidance or direction. In the case of MINDDRIVE, the mentor not only provides his / her experience, but also serves as a psychosocial support for these vulnerable youth and as an adult partner or model to follow. In addition, mentoring could be a strategy that generates benefits both to companies and social organizations, both mentors as well as young people forming
